2Pass Driving School provides NDIS driving lessons in Adelaide and driver training for clients whose lessons are funded by NDIS, employment service providers or other support organisations.

We understand that some learner drivers benefit from more time, repetition and a structured approach to developing safe and independent driving skills.

Our NDIS & Funded Driver Training is available from $150 per hour, with written quotes and invoices available where required.

NDIS Funded Driving Lessons

Driving can provide greater independence and make it easier to access employment, education, appointments and the community.

For eligible NDIS participants, specialised driver training may be funded where additional driving instruction is required because of a participant's disability or individual learning needs.

We can provide a written quote for your proposed driving lessons to assist with your funding arrangements.

If you already have an Occupational Therapy driving assessment or report recommending additional driving lessons, you are welcome to send this information to us when requesting your quote.

Structured and Supportive Driver Training

Every learner develops at a different pace.

Some students may benefit from:

Where appropriate, lessons can be delivered using a structured and progressive approach based on the learner's current ability and individual needs.

Driving Lessons for Learners With Additional Needs

We regularly receive enquiries from families and support providers looking for driving instruction for learners who may benefit from additional support.

You do not necessarily need an NDIS plan to book this service.

Occupational Therapy Driving Assessments

If an Occupational Therapist has already completed an on-road driving assessment, their recommendations can be useful when planning future lessons.

An OT report may identify areas such as:

Early and controlled braking
Mirror, indicator and braking sequences
Steering and road positioning
Observation and hazard awareness
Gap selection and decision-making
Traffic management
Building confidence and independence

NDIS Quotes and Invoices

We can provide written quotes and invoices for NDIS / funded driving lessons.

Our funded driver training rate is:

NDIS & Funded Driver Training – $150 per hour

Quotes can include the information required by your funding provider and, where applicable, the relevant NDIS support item requested by your Occupational Therapist or plan manager.

Once payment is received, the approved credit can be added to the student's 2Pass account and used to book future lessons with the appropriate instructor.

This makes it easy to keep funded lessons and privately paid lessons separate.

Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS Participants

If your NDIS plan allows you to use your chosen driving instructor, contact us and let us know:

The learner's name
How many hours have been recommended
Whether you require a written quote
Any NDIS support item that needs to appear on the quote
Whether you have an Occupational Therapy driving assessment
Your preferred area for lessons

We can then confirm the most suitable option before ongoing lessons are arranged.

Our funded driver training service is not limited to NDIS participants.

We can also provide quotes or invoices for organisations funding driving lessons on behalf of a client, including employment and support service providers.

How to Get Started

If you already have an OT driving assessment, you can also provide the relevant recommendations.

We can then advise whether one of our instructors is suitable and prepare a quote if required.

Once funded credit has been paid and added to the learner's account, lessons can be booked through our online booking system.
